ÖSS Kaffe is an Argentine specialty coffee company with a focus on quality, traceability, and innovative experiences that engage the senses and foster connections. I joined the team in 2019, first as a barista and later as a trainer and graphic designer. My work involved training staff and creating visual materials that enhanced the customer experience.
