La Cabra is a Danish coffee roastery and café, recognized for its high-quality coffee, sustainability, and transparency. Defined by a minimalist aesthetic and precise craftsmanship, it has become a global leader in specialty coffee.
As a barista at La Cabra, I helped launch its first New York café in the East Village. I also documented the space and coffee-making process, creating a photographic series that reflects the brand’s design and signature minimalist experience.
